During this holiday season, our thoughts turn gratefully to those who have made our progress possible. At this season of peace, harmony and goodwill, we are grateful for the opportunity to pause and express our appreciation to good friends like you.

Unfortunately this season can be very difficult for some in our community. Four years ago we began a trial where we donated the money that would have normally been spent on holiday cards to a local charity. Each year many of you tell us that this is a wonderful idea. This year the tradition continues.

We made a donation of $1,500 to Share the Warmth. This organization provides over 6,000 portions of snacks and meals to 26 local schools and youth programs across the city. In addition, school supplies where provided to over 14,000 students this year. Share the warmth also provides youth programs, tutoring, mentoring and work programs as well as operating a food bank and clothing store.
